   EWPH SOW 2 GROW (the “App”) is published by Kezzler IN. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App may collect from users of East West Seed PH, why it is collected (if any), how it is used, shared, stored, and how you can contact the developer about privacy matters.

2. 2. Summary (what you told us about the App)

   • The App does not collect analytics.
   • The App does not perform payments and does not store payment or transactional data.
   • The App does not send or store user communications (support messages, emails, chat).

   These facts are reflected throughout the policy.

3. 3. Information we may collect

   The App only collects the minimum personal or device data necessary for the App features you enable.

   • Account & profile data — only if the App requires account creation: name, email address, company, customer ID. (If the App does not require registration, this does not apply.)
   • Device & technical data — device model, operating system version, device identifiers (advertising ID or local device ID), IP address, app version, crash logs and diagnostic data — only for the purposes of operating the App and troubleshooting.
   • Location data — approximate or precise location only if you enable location features (store finder, delivery area checks). If your app does not use location, none is collected.
   • Media & files — camera or storage access only if you enable barcode scanning or photo upload (e.g., product label scanning). The App will request permission only when necessary.

4. 4. How we use data

   We use collected data only for the purposes disclosed and limited to: operating the App, providing requested features (e.g., scanning labels), improving reliability and fixing bugs, and complying with legal obligations. We do not use data for analytics tracking or advertising profiling.

5. 5. Data sharing

   We may share data only with service providers strictly necessary to run the App (for example, cloud hosting provider or a barcode-scanning SDK provider) and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We do not sell personal data.

   If you add any third-party SDKs in the future, we will update this policy to list them and describe what they do.

6. 6. Data retention

   We retain device diagnostic data and any account data for up to 3 years after it is collected, or for as long as required to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.

   We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data. No system is completely secure; if a data breach affecting personal information occurs we will comply with applicable breach notification laws.

   The App is not intended for children under the age of 18. If you intend to target minors, add the required parental-consent/COPPA text.
